In September 2010, a contribution of $1500 was made by Atefa Khanum (Sarabi) Khanakharab towards the repair cost of Arumkah Khanakharab in Kermanshah. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Of this $1500. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

$500. was from Atefa Khanum (Sarabi) Khanakharab. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

$500. was from Farbod, Farhang and Fardod Khanakharab <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

$500. was from Ali and Amir Khanakharab. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Also, Eftakhar Khanum (Amini) Khanakharab contributed $150. in late 2010. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The donations are appreciated. \u00a0The donated monies will go towards the initial repair cost of Arumkah Khanakharab. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 All stones were sanded and refreshed. The bad brick works were replaced, repaired,<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 relined and filled with new mortar.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0FRONT: <\/span><\/strong>New special decorative tiles similar to the old tiles were ordered<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 from Isfahan and placed in the area of the old tiles.\u00a0 The old two line poems were \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0 added to\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/span>the new tiles and installed. Several new religious verses were also added to new tiles.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0DOOR:<\/strong> The old door has been replaced with new Iron and glass door with new lock and \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 key. \u00a0<\/span><\/span>The old door has been saved. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 FLOOR:<\/strong> The old dirt and broken bricks floor, has been replaced with new white<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0marble\u00a0tiles. The floor has been relined to be all on the same level. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The answer was that the government appropriations for such <\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 project are on long term hold. Perhaps years!\u00a0 <\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 No future time table for any repair work could be predicted or given. <\/span><\/div>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0of Arumkah would not be able to withstand another winter and may \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0collapse. <\/span><\/div>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The Magbareh is now under repair. Roof and interior repairs <\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 will be completed soon. Exterior works will depend on weather <\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 and special tiles that must be ordered.\u00a0 A marble cut stone also <\/span><\/div>\n
